Our Leadership
Our senior director is a highly respected social care professional who has served with over a decade as a Child Protection Conference Chair and Independent Reviewing Officer across multiple UK local authorities. With a proven track record in safeguarding, risk management, and service improvement, he brings robust statutory experience and strategic insight into every engagement.
Holding a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Keele University, our director also brings unique expertise in employment relations, workforce issues, and professional conduct making Kwaku Afram uniquely equipped to support regulated professionals facing complex challenges.
